1. Hide the Tablet in Food

Try:

• A small ball of cheese
• A spoonful of wet food
• A commercial pill‑hiding treat

Make sure your pet swallows the treat fully before offering more.

2. The “Pill Pop” Technique

If your pet won’t take medication in food, our team demonstrates a safe hands‑on method:

• Gently hold your pet’s head from above
• Tilt the nose slightly upward
• Use your other hand to open the lower jaw
• Place the tablet at the back of the tongue
• Close the mouth and gently stroke under the chin to encourage swallowing
