For your convenience we send SMS and e-mail reminders for all appointments. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
We understand that there may be times where you are unable to attend your appointment. We are experiencing very busy days and these can result in us being booked out and having to turn some patients away. We ask that you please cancel your appointment in a timely manner. This will avoid impacting the health of other pets who need to be seen.
Cancelation is required 12 hours prior to your appointment. You can do this by calling the clinic on 6455 7800 or replying to your appointment reminder SMS.
If you fail to show or cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Repeated late cancelations or appointment failures may require us to seek prepayment for appointments.
Our appointment cancelation fee is $25. It will be charged directly to your account.
We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and doctors on time. If a patient is 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we will cancel your appointment and you will be charged a fee. You will need to contact us to rebook.
Due to the nature of our business we do see emergencies. If you have booked a wellness appointment (vaccination or health check), and an emergency arrives we may ask you to wait or need to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that animal welfare is our top priority and we will always triage appropriately. Thanks for your understanding.
CANCELLATION within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a ‘full’ appointment schedule.

Our Surgery cancellation fee is $50. That will be charged directly to your account.

Unfortunately we do not carry all available medication on our shelves at all times. If you require urgent medication on the same day there may be a surcharge.
If you require medication for your pet, please call ahead to organise so we can ensure we have it available for you.
